Who is the offer addressed to?

The offer is directed to the owners of hotels and campsites, who want to enrich their offer of sharing the board games with their guests. Guests also have access to online cards. Each game has dedicated card sets. In addition, there are also universal cards that can be used with virtually any board game that requires cards during the game.

Board game is a great way to present the hotel and campsite. It is an interesting educational and marketing tool. Thanks to it, many guests, especially those with children, will be happy to see this game in their offer. We tested it in many ways. It works every time.

What does the offer contain?

  • Specially prepared and developed board games with the hotel / campsite logo, which are printed on T-shirts;
  • Access to tools for games for your guests;
  • Managing card access from 1-24 guests at the same time;
  • There is a possibility to purchase more access to guest cards depending on your needs.

What is the personalization of games about?

Personalized board game is a fun game combined with a lot of great memories! Personalization, or dedicated preparation of the game involves designing a board enriched with graphics that represent your hotel / campsite. It can be also elements like a logo and a specially prepared set of cards or a few sets.

Cards usually contain, for example, descriptions of interesting places near the hotel or campsite. By default, the boards are black and white, but personalization can also consist of adding colors to the board, special graphic elements. Before preparing such a game, we contact you and determine exactly what the board should look like. We also advise on how to prepare card sets in more interesting way. In addition, your administrator can create your own dedicated card sets for your guests. What makes the offer even more interesting.

What does the guest receive?

The guest will receive from you, a board game with dice and all necessary information to access the online cards.. Regardless of whether the administrator has created dedicated guest cards or not, the guest has access to universal cards created by us after logging in. Guest access is set by you from 1 to 14 days maximum.

What if we do not have dice for the client?

We thought about it too. We have designed very easy digital dice for players, which are also available after logging in.

How is guest access management done?

In a very simple and transparent way. You receive access to the panel, where guests are managed and their access to online cards. Access is set from 1 to 14 days maximum for one guest. After your approval, the guest can, of course, extend their access for another few days. Only you can set it in the panel to which you have access. Guests can be added, deleted. We have also prepared a tool for creating automatic passwords that you do not have to enter. After adding a guest, a sheet of paper is printed on which all the information for the visitor with login data is provided. A QR code is also available that can be scanned using a mobile device (phone / tablet) that automatically logs the guest into online cards.

Do customers have to pay for access to online cards?

It is really up to you, what your offer of board game service for your clients will be. Some may provide access to games and cards for free (that is, the service is included in the rental of the vehicle), others may prefer a small fee for making them available.

Is internet access needed to use online cards?

Yes, you need an internet connection to take full advantage of all available game tools.

Is an online subscription needed to play board games?

Yes, you manage the subscription yourself. It is renewed from month to month or from year to year.

Are new game cards added often?

We try to get new cards or whole sets every week. We make sure that the offer is very interesting and rich. We are the only such service in the world that offers universal cards for board games in this edition.

How long does it take to prepare a game package and cards?

The process is not particularly long, after determining what are your needs and requirements, our team of graphic designers sits down to the project. The time from the preparation of the board game together with the cards is about 14 working days. Of course later, additional time is left for production and shipping. Everything is monitored by us. We take care of our partners guaranteeing high quality of services and products.

Do you ship Internationally? How long the shipping takes?

YES we do but we ONLY ship to and support the following countries: Argentina, Australia, Austria, Belarus, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, British Virgin Islands, Bulgaria, Canada, China, Croatia, Cuba, Czech Republic, Denmark, Dominica, Dominican Republic, Egypt, Estonia, Fiji, Finland, France, French Polynesia, Germany, Gibraltar, Great Britain, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, India, Indonesia, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Jamaica, Japan, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Mexico, Monaco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Peru, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Serbia, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, The Far Islands of the United States of America, Turkey, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates, United States, Vietnam. NOTE: You will not be able to finish your order if your country is not on the list.

Shipping takes about 14 business days from the day you accept the project (personalization). For some countries it may take a bit longer. It Please remember that this is personalized item, so each order is prepared and printed separately. All packages are send out by priority mail. The shipping fee is calculated while placing the order.

How to prepare t-shirts before the first use for your customers?

We recommend to wash it before first use. To enjoy the t-shirt as long as possible please follow these guidelines:

  • Wash it inside out in the Max temp. 300C (Max. 400C);
  • Set the spin speed of not more than 400 /Min.;
  • Do not tumble dry;
  • Do not use bleach or chlorine, no dry cleaning;
  • Iron the t-shirt inside out at temp. Max 1500C.

Is it possible to unsubscribe at any time?

Yes, if you decide that you are no longer interested in cooperation, after logging in to the panel just press the “delete account” button and after confirming your subscription and the account will be removed from our system. Although we hope that this will not happen and you will stay with us for a very long time.

Can I return ordered items?

 

  • PERSONALIZED T-SHIRT BOARDS: Any personalized items are not refundable. More detailed information on this topic can be found in our Terms and Conditions.
  • CARDS: There are no refunds for digital items such online access to playing cards (Subscription). Before placing an order, we show sample cards and their contents, we also give you 14 days of trial.
  • DIGITAL PRODUCTS and eBOOK: Not refundable. More detailed information on this topic can be found in our Terms and Conditions.

Each t-shirt, on which the board game is printed, is checked in terms of the print quality and condition of the product, before the shipment to the customer. We care about the quality of our products and the satisfaction of our customers.
